Prices include all linen and towels plus heating and electricity. Minimum stay 3 nights. For 2 week stays we offer a 10% discount. For stays longer than 2 weeks please contact us for rates. Bookings at Easter, Christmas and New Year must be for the entire week and have a 25% supplement.

How to Book
Please contact us to confirm the price and to make a provisional reservation. A deposit of 30% will be required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the holiday (or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks remain.) Payment can be made in euros or sterling.
Welcome Hamper
An optional welcome hamper of wine, olives, bread, milk, oranges etc may be purchased in advance to get you started and to provide a taste of sunny Andalucia. Click on the link for details.
Check in and Check out Times
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is before 12 noon. We need the 3 hours to do a full clean and changeover of the apartment. If we do not have another booking the same day, we can usually be flexible about check in and check out times. If we do have a booking, we can make arrangements to store your luggage before check in or after check out, if required.
Key Collection
We live near to the apartment (about 5 minutes away). We can either arrange a confirmed arrival time and we will wait at the apartment or you can phone or text us on your arrival and we will come round with the key immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellations prior to 8 weeks before the holiday start date will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the start date but greater than 4 weeks before the start date will forfeit the deposit but the balance will be refunded. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the holiday start date will forfeit the full amount unless we are able to obtain another booking for the same dates.
